Peach Crumble

Sue's Peach Crumble

My sister's friend, Sue, makes the most delicious peach crumble! Since peaches are ripe on my trees, and many of yours too (also available at fruit stands across the country!) I begged her to share her recipe with us. It is soooo simple, and soooo yummy! Here it is:


  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oatmeal


  1. Lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking pan
  2. Layer peach slices on the bottom
  3. Cut butter into remaining ingredients (brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and oatmeal)
  4. Crumble dry mixture on top
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned
