In large skillet, brown ground turkey and spicy sausage. Add pinto beans, refried beans, pico de gallo, onion, olives, taco seasoning and salsa. Why put the refried beans and other stuff on the side? Of course if someone is picky and doesn’t like a certain ingredient listed, put it on the side...
For toppings I use the other half of the onion, chopped, shredded cheese, lettuce, flour tortillas and sour cream.
Tomorrow this will be the meat mixture for a kicked up, spicy spaghetti meat sauce or shepherd's pie. Or roll the meat goodness in the remaining flour tortillas with cheese and enchilada sauce, top with more sauce and cheese, bake and love!
