Sit up straight. If you’re at your computer right now reading this, check your posture. If you tend to slump or slouch, sit up straight and tall and proud. Better posture results in better spine health, which can help you avoid injury. Plus, you’ll look taller, trimmer and more put together for it.
Drink more water. If I don’t drink enough water, my body will tell me. I begin to feel sluggish or I’ll develop a headache. Our bodies need and love water so don’t hold back this little gem to better health and appearance.
Step outside. Take a quick stroll around the block and breathe in some fresh air. Instant energizer!
Pick up. Even if you’re sitting at a desk in an office, just pick up or organize the place where you spend most of your time. You will feel so much relief when this small task is complete.
Stretch. You may bemoan this idea but your muscles, bones, nerves and organs will thank you. So take care of you and stretch for a few minutes.
Ladies, put on lipstick. It might sound silly, but I once heard that it’s the quickest and easiest way to give yourself a makeover. Plump those lips with some color and give the world a smile!
