Then came the cordless phones (oooh fancy) and then cell phones. The first cell phone I used was at a radio station in Oregon and I did traffic reports on a cell phone that must have weighed 15 pounds – it was like carrying around a small suitcase! The handle of the phone was as big as a loaf of bread.
Now people are sending me their dedications on teeny tiny hand held phones and they’re punching in texts from built-in keyboards or they’re finding me on Facebook or email. We’ve come a long way in a short amount of time, haven’t we?
But one thing doesn’t change: I love talking to you. I love hearing your stories, even if they’re very old stories that may have taken place in the era of wall phones – what my kids might call the “stone age.”
Send me your requests and dedications and tell me your stories. Text me at 48484 or call me at 1-888-633-5452 or email me at D@Delilah.com or Facebook me your message. There are no shortage of ways to reach me these days, so don’t delay!
