You need really strong glue like Gorilla Glue or epoxy glue.

Go to your local thrift store or visit yard sales to find your unique one-of-a-kind pieces.

Pick up anything that will shine in the sun: glass plates, votive holders, vases, crystal bowls, cups, porcelain figurines, etc.

For the base, start with a small-mouth vase that can sit on the rebar from The Home Depot.

Put a bigger vase over the top and add a pop of color that way.

Then start stacking your pieces until you’ve built something pretty!

Once you like the form it’s taken, just start gluing it together.

Place the rebar in a garden bed, container or any soil where it will be sturdy and place your garden totem on top!
If you need some photo inspiration or some photo direction, go to my Web site Delilah.com and see the latest photo gallery of our garden totem craftcation at the farm. And if you have a spring or summer craft idea, send it to me at D@Delilah.com. I may just have to get the ladies out again to put it into action!
